Terms of use
1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of
site.elipcee.lol, the Elipcee Garry's Mod server
(82.26.157.101:27015), the community Discord,
leaderboards, Steam account and related services.
Using the site, signing in with Steam, playing on the server or buying
a shop offer means you accept these terms, the
sales terms (if you pay) and the
privacy policy.
If you refuse, do not use the services.
3. Age and access
Garry's Mod is rated 16+ on Steam. Access to the server and site is
reserved for people aged at least 16,
or minors with parental permission.
You need a Steam account, a legitimate copy of Garry's Mod and, where
required, the server Workshop collection. The site is free; some pages
(account, search, chat, auction house, crates) require Steam login.
4. Account and authentication
Site login uses Steam OpenID. You are responsible for your Steam account.
Impersonation, account resale, cheating, bug abuse or bypassing protections
may lead to an in-game ban, closure of site access and, where required, a report.
5. Conduct
- No cheating, exploits or bug abuse.
- Respect other players — no harassment or hate speech.
- No chat spam and no ads for other servers.
- Staff decisions are final.
- Have fun and play fair for your team.
In particular: no spam, harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation,
child sexual abuse material, terrorism apology, incitement to hatred or
violence, phishing, malware, chat automation, anti-cheat bypass or attacks
on other systems.
6. Player-published content
Chat, nicknames, skins, builds, duplications, factions and boards are
user content. You remain responsible for what you publish. You grant
Elipcee a non-exclusive, free licence to host, display and moderate
that content for as long as the service needs it.
Elipcee may remove illegal or rule-breaking content without notice and
report serious facts to the authorities. To report content:

8. Intellectual property
The Elipcee name, site, server addon, texts, visuals and logos are
protected. Unauthorised reproduction is forbidden.
Garry's Mod, Source, Steam, Valve and related marks belong to their
owners. Workshop addons remain their authors’. Elipcee is not affiliated
with Valve. Playing or buying a rank gives you no rights over the engine,
models or other people’s creations.
A rights-holder claim goes through the report page.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous
availability (restarts, maintenance, host, Steam, Discord, Tip4Serv).
An outage does not create a right to compensation, except a serious
breach attributable to Elipcee and provided by law.
You play and visit the site at your own risk. Elipcee is not liable
for indirect damage, lost builds, duplications or game data, or other
players’ acts, within the limits of consumer law if you are a consumer.
11. Moderation, DSA and SREN
Elipcee is not a very large online service under the Digital Services Act.
As a host of player content, we provide a contact point and a report
mechanism. Manifestly illegal reported content is reviewed promptly.
The Digital Markets Act targets designated gatekeepers. Elipcee is not
one: the DMA does not apply to this service.
12. Sanctions
Breach may lead to a warning, mute, kick, ban, rank removal (including
VIP in case of fraud), content removal, or a report to the authorities.
Paid VIP does not exempt you from the rules.
13. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page prevails.
Using the service after a change means acceptance, except a stronger
information duty for a consumer.
14. Applicable law
French law. A consumer may also rely on the mandatory rules of their
country of habitual residence (EU law). Disputes: first a claim to
contact@elipcee.lol,
then mediation / the ODR platform if applicable (see sales terms),
then the competent court.

1. Purpose
These sales terms cover digital offers (notably VIP ranks) sold on
site.elipcee.lol
(shop.elipcee.lol) and delivered on the Elipcee Garry's Mod server.
They apply to any consumer or non-professional buyer.
2. Seller, payment provider and Tip4Serv shop

processes payment (card, PayPal, etc.) and triggers automatic rank
delivery via the Tip4Serv / ULX plugin. A mirror shop exists at

Elipcee does not copy those texts: they belong to Tip4Serv.
3. Offers, features and prices
Offers (1-month VIP, permanent VIP, etc.) are described on the product
page: in-game benefits, duration, price. Prices are shown
in euros, tax included when VAT applies to the Tip4Serv
circuit. A struck-through price, if any, is a former reference price.
VIP is not a physical good. It gives no ownership of Garry's Mod, Steam
or addons. It may be removed in case of fraud, a ban for a serious
offence, or server closure.
Elipcee may change, suspend or withdraw an offer. An already-paid order
is honoured for the remaining duration, except impossibility
(game / Steam / Tip4Serv closure).
4. Order
- You pick an offer and add it to the cart or subscribe.
- You check the summary (name, quantity, total incl. tax).
- You provide an email (receipt) and, if needed, your Steam account.
- You tick acceptance of the sales terms and the withdrawal information.
- You are redirected to Tip4Serv to pay.
The order is binding only after Tip4Serv confirms payment.
Tip4Serv may send a receipt email. Keep it.
5. Payment
Elipcee does not store your card numbers. Payment is collected by
Tip4Serv and its providers. On failure, unpaid amounts or a chargeback,
the order is not delivered or the rank may be removed.
6. Delivery of digital content
Delivery is digital and automatic: the ULX rank is
granted on the server after payment confirmation, usually within minutes
(sometimes after reconnecting). Use the same Steam account as at payment.
If the rank does not appear within 24 h, write to
contact@elipcee.lol
with the SteamID, email and Tip4Serv proof of payment.
7. Right of withdrawal
For a physical good, a consumer usually has 14 days to withdraw.
Here the offer is digital content on a non-material medium,
whose performance starts immediately (rank grant).
Under article L. 221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code,
the withdrawal right does not apply when performance has started with
your express prior agreement and your waiver of the withdrawal right.
That box is required before payment. Without it, the order is not sent.
If you do not agree with immediate performance, do not order.
8. Subscriptions
Some offers may be a one-time payment or a subscription renewed via
Tip4Serv. Duration, renewal price and how to stop (Tip4Serv account /
provider email) are shown on the product page and at Tip4Serv.
Cancelling a subscription is not a refund of periods already used.
9. Refunds and warranties
Outside a legal duty (non-conformity of the digital service, unpaid
delivery, double debit), ranks already activated are not refunded
“for a change of mind”. A delivery failure attributable to Elipcee
or Tip4Serv leads to a new delivery or a refund of the price paid.
A ban for cheating, harassment or illegal content does not create a
refund right. A temporary server incident neither.
10. Complaints, mediation and ODR

Reply aimed within 30 days.
If you are a consumer in the EU and the dispute is not resolved,
you may use the European online dispute resolution platform:
ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
A consumer mediator will be listed here once one is appointed;
until then, contact us for up-to-date details. Tip4Serv may also
have its own complaints service.
11. Evidence
Tip4Serv logs, server logs and site records are evidence of orders,
deliveries and communications, subject to proof to the contrary.
12. Data
SteamID, receipt email and payment traces are processed to perform
the order (see privacy and Tip4Serv’s policy).
13. Applicable law
Same as the terms of use: French law, mandatory consumer protections.

Privacy policy
1. Controller
Elipcee (Projet communautaire (personne physique)) determines the purposes
and means of processing linked to site.elipcee.lol, the Garry's Mod
server and the community Discord.
Privacy / rights contact:

No data-protection officer is appointed at this time, unless later named here.
2. Data collected
- Steam account: SteamID64, nickname, avatar, only if you sign in (OpenID).
- Game: stats (kills, accuracy, faction, playtime, synced ULX rank), in-game SteamID.
- Site / GMod / Discord chat: messages you send, timestamps.
- Shop: receipt email (if you enter it), SteamID to deliver VIP, order traces at Tip4Serv.
- Technical: server logs (IP, user-agent) for security and diagnostics, limited duration.
- Essential cookies: Steam login session.
- Audience measurement: pages visited, only if you accept (first-party; no resale).
We do not ask for ID or bank details: the card is entered at Tip4Serv / the payment provider.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR art. 6)
- Service performance: account, stats, chat, factions, auction house, crates, VIP delivery.
- Legitimate interest: security, anti-abuse, moderation, proof of an order, server improvement.
- Legal duty: limited retention linked to billing / fraud, replies to authorities.
- Consent: non-essential analytics cookies; you can withdraw via “Cookies”.
No automated decision producing legal effects under GDPR art. 22. An in-game rank is not a credit decision.
4. Recipients and processors
No file sales. Transfers outside the EU may exist via Steam, Discord or a payment provider: those actors’ standard clauses / measures.
5. Retention
- Site session: cookie, about 90 days.
- Game stats: as long as the Elipcee server exists, then deletion or anonymisation within a reasonable time after closure.
- Chat messages: chat lifetime + limited moderation archives.
- Orders / proof of purchase: as needed for disputes and Tip4Serv accounting duties.
- Technical logs: a few weeks, longer in case of a security incident.
- Aggregated analytics: 90 days.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability
when legal conditions are met, and withdrawal of analytics consent.

Deleting the site account does not necessarily erase an in-game ban
or legal retention duties.
7. Cookies and trackers
Essential (no consent): Steam session, shop cart in
localStorage on your device, cookie preference.
Analytics: off by default. Loaded only after “Accept”.
You can limit to “Essentials only” at any time.
Third parties at payment: when you leave the site for
Tip4Serv, their cookies and policy apply. Elipcee does not set Tip4Serv
cookies before the redirect.
8. Minors
Service designed for ages 16+. A holder of parental
authority may exercise GDPR rights for a minor.
9. Security
API keys and secrets stay on the server. The site does not receive
card numbers. In case of a risky data breach, notification follows
GDPR articles 33-34.
10. Changes
This policy may change. The date at the top of the page prevails.

Legal notice
1. Publisher (French LCEN)
The website site.elipcee.lol (public URL
https://site.elipcee.lol) is published by Elipcee,
Projet communautaire (personne physique).
Elipcee is not presented here as a registered company.
SIRET, company register and VAT will be published if they exist.
The full postal address of a natural person may be given to the authorities
and, on a legitimate request, via the host or the contact email
(art. 6-III LCEN).

6. SREN (French law of 21 May 2024)
The service is not intended to provide pornographic content.
Access to the game is aimed at ages 16+
(Steam / Garry's Mod rating). Reports of illegal content are treated
as a priority and forwarded to the authorities where required.
7. DMA (EU 2022/1925)
Elipcee is not a designated gatekeeper. The Digital Markets Act does not impose those duties here.
8. Intellectual property
See the terms of use § 8. Valve / Steam / Garry's Mod marks:
all rights reserved to their owners. Elipcee creations: reproduction
forbidden except as allowed by law.
