ARC9 and weapons
How ARC9 weapons work on Elipcee, and why an error model is fixed with the Workshop collection.
What is ARC9?
ARC9 is a weapon framework for Garry's Mod. On Elipcee it handles sights, attachments and a large part of the guns you find in crates or at the auction house.
This is not a “weapon pack” server: ARC9 is for PvP and PvE, not for spamming props.
ERROR model or weird HUD
If a weapon shows as ERROR, the server Workshop collection is not installed, or Garry's Mod has not finished downloading. Install the collection, restart the game, reconnect.
With an ARC9 in hand, the default GMod HUD is hidden: that is intended, so two crosshairs do not stack.
Where to find them
ARC9 weapons come from crates (AFK, PvE, VIP, Vote) and can be resold at the auction house. The C menu loadout lets you pick which ones you spawn.
