I cannot switch to Build

You are in combat. Wait 20 seconds after the last shot or damage.

I cannot find the PvE skill tree

F4 → PvE, then the Skills tab. There is no skills button in F4 anymore.

I am stuck in a prop

Type !unstuck in Build. Otherwise, call staff.

PvE teleport is refused

You are in combat, in the AFK zone or in Build. Leave that state first.

My capture is not moving

Either another faction is in the zone, or you are in Build.

Weapon models show as errors

Install the server Workshop collection, then restart Garry's Mod.

I cannot create a faction

You need level 5. You earn XP by playing and killing.

On the site

My inventory is empty

Sign in with the same Steam account you use in-game.

The server is marked offline

Check the Status page: a restart is not an outage.

I bought VIP and I do not have it

Wait a few minutes, then open a Discord ticket with your SteamID.

Something is still wrong

Discord is the fastest place to get an answer. Always give your in-game name and SteamID: it saves ten minutes.
