PAC3

What it is for here

PAC3 lets you wear a costume, wings, a hat. On Elipcee you can dress how you want — as long as it does not give a combat advantage.

What happens in PvP

As soon as you shoot or take damage, a 20-second countdown starts. During that time PAC3 is removed: no inflated hitbox, no tiny model, no offset vision.

In Build, PAC3 stays. The costume is never armor.

What is still forbidden

No full-screen parts, no absurd scale to block a path or hide a player. A report (Tab → Report) is enough if someone abuses it.
